Tasha, the female peregrine falcon at Gulf Tower, got off her eggs long enough for us to see four yesterday.
Meanwhile, I was so busy writing Peregrine FAQs that I wasn’t able to answer your questions on my last post until this morning. Check the comments there and my FAQs for more peregrine information.

Yay! Four eggs is awesome!
There are now 2 eggs at Pitt! Bummer — maybe I could have seen her lay it. I checked in on Dorothy at about 7:35 a.m. a few minutes ago, and she was just sitting there. Maybe she’s laying an egg, I thought. But, impatient at watching a sitting peregrine, I checked out other places on the site. I was about to write to Kate to see why so long between the first egg and the second. But when I came back to Pitt, there were the 2 eggs. (maybe they were there when I first looked.)
