Hard to believe this was once a little fuzzy baby in a nest of stones. These are such a wonder & I have so enjoyed all you bring to us. I look at nature with a better eye now. On my deck now I had 3 rose breasted grosbreaks yesterday. Maybe it was just Daddy with 2 fledglings, however, such an enjoyment in our little garden spot in the back of a condo unit. we now have a chipmunk who waits underneath for the occasional sunflower seed that comes his way. Thank you again for all the birds & plants & flowers you show us. If just the whole world would stop for awhile & look around. Faith C.
Another gorgeous photo!! Thanks again, Kate, to you and all your readers who have submitted such interesting photos and content to your blog this year. I can’t be in Pittsburgh to see the peregrines in person but your blog is definately the next best thing…
No news. You all will be the first to know when I hear anything. If I don’t post information about the fledgling it’s merely because the situation hasn’t changed.
What a great picture.

Wow. Thank you so much for sharing!
Kate, have you heard anything more about the Gulf Tower chick they found on the street?

Majestic, even when so young. Beautiful picture.
