At this time of year our juvenile peregrines are about to leave home. Some of them may have left already on the journey of their lives.
Where do they go? See a new entry on the Peregrine FAQs page for answers.

hello ; i am over here from the ubc botany a day web site

happy to be here- i live in florida and from nj long time ago
I saw one of the young Perigrines on the 62 street bridge when I rowed under the bridge. The perigrine was sitting right above the red light on the up river side of the bridge. He has been coming there lately and has been seen by others.
That’s great news. There’s a peregrine nest box on that bridge because a pair nested there in 2007. They didn’t nest in 2008 because the bridge was under construction. Maybe a pair will nest there next year. Hope so!
