These beautiful fall crocuses are blooming today near the back entrance of Carnegie Museum and Library.
What a treat to see this vision of spring in September.

🙂 I love crocuses! I think they are the sweetest little things and loved seeing them in the Spring. I used to feel badly that most times they would spend all winter “shoving their little noses” up through the ground only to get snowed on as soon as they bloomed.
Since these crocuses are cultivated, they’re found in Idaho, too.
