Do people spray paint doves for weddings? My friend saw a fuschia one downtown. I couldn’t believe the photo!

3 years in April two white not a pure white more cream shows up at feeder eats with mourning doves. Where do they migrate from. This is Indiana. They are a more sleek looking than other doves. Only have two that stays the season. Same with ring neck we have four of them to stay every year.
