On Throw Back Thursday (TBT):

Just three days after fledging, young peregrines fly so well that we lose track of them as we watch from the ground.  They’re already learning the aerial skills they’ll use for the rest of their lives.

  1. Kate i have been watching Hope in the scrape and wondering why she puts her head fown and then scrapes the stones with her talons. Is she getting ready for another go ’round of babies?

  2. Thank you Kate. That was really interesting and I laughed at the part of the parents wanting a break because the juvenile constantly demanding food. I can understand that with C1. interesting that the babies dont go back to the nest. Thanks again, i enjoyed that.
