I usually have a hard time photographing butterflies with my point-and-shoot camera. However some of them posed for me this month.
Can you tell me their names?

Hi Kate,
The butterfly in frame 2 appears to be a silvery checkerspot. The dorsal hindwind spots in Pearl Crescent has black veins by them, the checkerspot does not.
Frame 4 is a Wild Indigo Duskywing.
Frame 5 is a male Zabulon skipper.
